Full time opportunity Day or Afternoon Shift

Tyree Transformers design and manufacture Distribution and Power Transformers. Our transformers and substations are widely used wherever electricity is generated, stored, transmitted, distributed and applied. Tyree continues to grow rapidly as our products are key components of the energy transition in renewable power generation and battery storage, EV fast charging and electrification.

About the Role
n
n
Assisting tradespeople in daily tasks and projects
n
Load and unload materials, parts and equipment
n
Prepare materials and components for production or repair work
n
Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment
n
Support with moving or positioning heavy items
n
n
About You
n
n
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and machinery
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Basic Machine Operation,



CNC operation is desired but not essential
n
An ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
An ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
n
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
n
Must have a can-do attitude
n
Have a strong safety mindset and attitude
n
The proven ability to work within a team environment as the organisational needs dictate
n
A current Drivers Licence and Forklift is preferred but not essential
n
