Lease Services Specialist - Novated (12 month FTC)

As a Lease Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their lease experience is seamless and efficient. You will manage a range of activities related to novated leases, maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Communicating with drivers and employers regarding lease products.
n
Processing reimbursements and managing lease finalisations.
n
Providing lease options and handling contract renewals.
n
Managing salary packaging processes and payroll client coordination.
n
Supporting various administrative tasks, including fuel cards, eTags, and registrations.
n




Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all correspondence.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

Knowledge of novated leasing, salary packaging, or payroll systems.
n
Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
n
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
