An exciting opportunity to join Brandbank Group as we continue to grow and expand our retail network.We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as aDual Site Store Managerat ourSorrento Seed Heritage and Kikki.K Concept Stores.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Will have experience with a fashion retailer, managing a high-volume turnover store or exposure to managing multiple sites.
A leader with the ability to oversee a large team across multiple departments.
An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
Experience in preparing monthly rosters and conducting retail administrative duties.
Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
This standard roster is 35 hours a week but will become full time during peak trade Dec through to Jan
THE ROLE:
Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
