Fund Operations Associate role with a boutique asset manager in Sydney CBD.
You'd support operations across their local and offshore funds, working with the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
Fund operations:
Trade lifecycle, execution to settlement
Unit pricing reviews and unit registry oversight
Monthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research houses
Management fee reviews and rebate administration
Daily ASX monitoring and disclosures
Wholesale certificate register updates
Responding to investor queries
Year end process and regulatory reporting
Maintaining policies and procedures
Process improvement and risk reduction
Distribution:
Monthly investor reports
Website fund info updates
Competitor analysis
Ad-hoc distribution team support
What suits:
Degree in finance, accounting, business or similar
Fund admin, fund accounting or investment operations experience a plus, not essential
Strong attention to detail and problem solving
Comfortable using AI tools
Wants a long-term career in fund ops
