Bachelor of Nursing and/or Diploma of Nursing

To be successful in your application, you will be required to provide evidence of immunisation, immunity or screening, prior to commencing employment.
This includes:
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
Varicella (Chickenpox)
Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening
Evidence may include your Australian Immunisation History statement, serology results, vaccination records, vaccination cards, or other approved documentation.
