Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Procurement, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the Procurement & Supply Chain teams ensuring stock is purchased, received and allocated on time, coordinating made to order products, and keeping inventory lean and accurate.

In This Role You Will

Work closely with Sales & Sales Support to respond to changing demand
n
Coordinate stock movement to minimise excess inventory
n
Spot and report short/long positions and ageing stock
n
Manage made‐to‐order production and delivery timelines
n
Reconcile journals for accurate financial and inventory tracking
n
Process purchase orders and oversee offshore PO activity
n
Support broader Procurement & Supply Chain tasks
n
n

In This Role You Will

Plan purchasing volumes to match customer demand
n
Work closely with Sales & Sales Support to respond to changing demand
n
Coordinate stock movement to minimise excess inventory
n




Spot and report short/long positions and ageing stock
n
Manage made‐to‐order production and delivery timelines
n
Reconcile journals for accurate financial and inventory tracking
n
Process purchase orders and oversee offshore PO activity
n
Support broader Procurement & Supply Chain tasks
n

You'll Thrive Here If You Are

Experienced (4+ years) in procurement, supply chain or commercial operations
n
Analytical, commercially savvy and a confident communicator
n
Confident in dealing with a variety of company stakeholders and external contacts
n
Calm under pressure and thrive working in fast paced setting.
n
Experience with Dairy Ingredients, commodity markets & FX would be advantageous
n
Tertiary Education including Agribusiness/ Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Science desirable
n
