Our client is looking for a Leading Hand / Sub Foreman (Remedial) to work on an array of complex remedial projects. This is an opportunity for a good up and coming Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work for this excellent remedial business. Opportunity to move into Site Management and grow with this business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
Manage Site Safety / OH&S;
n
Coordinate trades and subcontractors
n
Assist in managing the construction programming
n
Site set out and mark out
n
Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
n
Interpreting and reading plans
n
TO BE CONSIDERED
n
Trade background in Carpentry
n
Must have Remedial experience as a Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand
n
Can run across multiple projects on the tools and coordinating subcontractors
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings
n
Solid ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
