Responsibilities

Perform hands-on advanced carpentry and remedial works on-site.
n
Lead and supervise
trades/subcontractors
and maintain productivity.
n
Ensure adherence to WHS systems, inductions, and hazard controls.
n
Maintain site quality assurance and workmanship standards.
n
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and defect reports.
n
Problem-solve effectively and make timely site decisions.
n
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Competent Tradesman with proven remedial experience.
n
Background in waterproofing,



structural rectification, façade and balcony repair.
n
Strong understanding of remedial building codes and construction details.
n
Capable of leading trades and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
n
White Card, driver's licence, and reliable transport required.
n
