Experienced Graduate/Architect for construction stages - High End Residential

Award-winning design studio is seeking an experienced Graduate or Architect with private residential experience to support construction/site stages
n
Opportunity for an experienced Graduate or Architectwithlocal experience gained on Private Residential projects to join this leading studio. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as well strong design, delivery and Revitskills.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide outstanding client service and design leadership on high budget houses
n
Support projects from start to completion
n
Work collaboratively withteam members and share expertise
n
Produce high quality documentation and strong detailing
n
Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
n
Work closely with consultants and contractors
n
Manage your time to work across multiple projects
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Relevant Architectural qualifications and Australian working rights
n
Operating at a level similar to 5+years' experience post studies
n
Experience dealing with consultants andapproval processes
n
Design eye and attention to detail
n
Past local experience on high-endprivate residential projects preferred, however also open to candidates with large/complex commercial project experience during construction stages
n
Outstanding record for supporting projects through all phases including detailed documentation and delivery
n
Fluent in Revit to complete construction documentation
n
Enscape and Adobe Creativeskills beneficial
n
