Your Role as a Trainee
n
n
Earn while you learn – Your Certificate III qualification is fully covered, and you'll receive an hourly wage for all hours worked.
n
Gain real experience – Work directly with children, families, and educators in a hands‐on learning environment.

Create meaningful connections – Help design engaging learning spaces that support children's social, emotional,



and educational development.

Support play-based learning – Assist in preparing activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

Who We're Looking For
n
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector.
n
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for eligibility.
n
Commitment to an 18-month traineeship program.
n
Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).
n
Ability to work full time and dedicate additional time outside of work for assignments.
n
