We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team. Successful applicants will be permanently assigned to one of the following venues:

Allta Sydney | Surry Hills A contemporary Two-Hat restaurant renowned for its refined dining experience, exceptional service, and innovative cuisine.

Joie Brasserie | Chatswood Chase A up-to-date French brasserie inspired by the warmth and elegance of classic French hospitality, offering premium dining in a vibrant neighbourhood setting.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations during service while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a high-performing team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise daily front-of-house operations and lead service shifts.
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.
n
Train, coach, and mentor front-of-house team members.
n
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
n
Support roster implementation and labour efficiency.
n




Assist with wine and beverage service while promoting product knowledge.
n
Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally.
n
Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace procedures.
n
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to deliver seamless service.
n

About You
n
We're looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and enjoy leading from the floor.
n
n
Previous supervisory experience in premium restaurants, fine dining venues, luxury hotels, or quality brasseries.
n
Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge.
n
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
n
A hands-on, positive, and professional approach.
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
A current NSW RSA Certificate.
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
