We are a growing, family-oriented Medical Centre with dedicated doctors and a supportive administrative team. We are currently looking for a professional and welcoming Casual Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice.

The Role
n
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your goal is to ensure the practice runs smoothly while providing a calm and skilled experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing a warm, professional welcome to patients in person and over the phone.
n
Managing a busy appointment book with accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Liaising with external providers, including Hospitals, Pathology, Radiology, and other Specialist clinics.
n
Maintaining accurate electronic patient records.
n




General office and administrative duties to support our clinical team.
n

About You
n
We are looking for a multitasker who stays cool under pressure and truly enjoys interacting with people.

Requirements:
n

Experience: Previous experience in a medical reception role is highly regarded.
n
Software: Proficiency in Best Practice (or similar medical software) and office software.
n
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
n
Attributes: A welcoming nature, a professional "can-do" attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
