The Vicar Hotel located in the heart of Dural is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer service focused Restaurant Manager to join our team to lead our Bistro style food service and our contemporary Italian restaurant Rosa's.

The right candidate is out-going, charismatic with plenty of personality and great communication skills, passionate about customer service and must be a team player.

Responsibilities

Create a positive guest experience and deliver a high level of service
n
Ensure efficient restaurant operation
n
Manage bookings and balance seat capacity
n
Daily cash handling and reconciliation
n
Staff management, training and building a fresh team
n




Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
n
n
What you need
n
n
2+ yrs experience in the restaurant industry
n
Excellent communication skills and team leading skills
n
Amazing customer service
n
Strong food and wine knowledge
n
Solid focus on food and service standards
n
Must be able to work flexible hours
n
Great team environment
n
n
This is a long-term position for those who have the right to work in Australia and hold a NSW RSA/competency card.
