Job Description
NSW Health's Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 for the Emergency Department Mental Health Team. The role focuses on specialist mental health assessment, care coordination and leadership in the ED setting.

You will triage referrals from ED, CMHS, GPs and the Central Coast Mental Health Telephone Triage Line, delivering expert mental health care and mentoring multidisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes.
