We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across the workplace, healthcare, education, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Projects typically range from $1M-$25M+, offering the opportunity to lead complex projects with the support of an established, high-performing team.

About The Role
n
We are looking to identify a Project Manager to lead projects in the Fit-Out and Refurbishment sector in Brisbane.
n
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
n
Requirements
n

Experience gained working on similar projects as a Project Manager
n
Manage program, budget, procurement, and stakeholder relationships
n
Collaborate with clients, consultants,



and site teams to ensure seamless execution
n
Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on-site in alignment with company standards
n
Mentor and support project teams, fostering a high-performance culture
n
Background with a reputable builder working on similar projects
n
Strong technical knowledge of structures, services, and construction systems
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solutions-driven approach
n
