YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead role in the restaurant
n
Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
Proven experience as a Supervisor / Waiter in a professional restaurant for at least one year
n
Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience
n
Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales will be regarded highly
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Availability to work weekends

There are three shifts a week (approximately ******* hours a week) Friday to Sunday with only one dinner service, and four days off Monday to Thursday. There is also the option for more shifts pending your availability and requirements.
