The Role As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Support the team in achieving sales targets
n
Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
n
Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
n
Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch Guidelines
n
Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
n
Keep up to date with current products, promotions and participate in regular training
n
Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs
n
Ensure the highest level of customer service
n

Skills & Experience
n
n




Experience working within retail sales or hospitality
n
Previous experience working towards sales targets and KPI's
n
Highly developed and proven customer service skills
n
Ability to build and sustain lasting customer relationships
n
Organised and time efficient
n
Excellent oral and written communication skills
n
Full time availability including weekends
