We are looking for permanent part-time Team Members to join our Return-It network across Victoria.
n

We have opportunities available across:

Metro: Mulgrave, Springvale, Keysborough, Dandenong, Cranbourne, Hallam and Frankston
n
Peninsula: Rosebud, Dromana and Mornington
n
Regional: Pakenham, Drouin and Warragul
n
n
We have permanent part-time roles available, with roster options ranging from approximately 10 to 25 hours per week across different days and locations.

About the role
n
As a Team Member, you will be the friendly face of Return-It, helping customers recycle their containers and making sure each visit is simple, smooth and positive.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
n
Helping customers with container returns and return technology.
n
Sorting and processing recyclable containers.
n
Keeping the site clean, safe and ready for customers.
n
Following safe work procedures and site operating requirements.

Working with your team to keep the site running smoothly.
n
n
About you
n
You do not need to have worked in recycling before. What matters most is that you are reliable, hands-on and enjoy helping people.
n
You will bring:
n
n
A positive attitude and strong customer focus.
n
Reliability and commitment to your agreed roster.
n
The ability to work safely and follow procedures.
n
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work as part of a team.
n
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse, waste, recycling or labouring environments may be helpful, but is not essential.
