RTO Trainer/Assessor - Sunshine Coast + North Brisbane Region

Link Resources operates nationally with facilities in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. We have continued to experience growth and are seeking more suitability qualified & experienced Trainer/Assessors with the following skill sets:
n
High risk work & mobile plant
n
Four Wheel Drive Operations
n
Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid, Low Voltage Rescue & CPR
n
To be successful you must hold:
n
Cert IV in Training & Assessment
n
Current qualifications in the above listed units
n
Valid driver's licence and industry licenses
n
High risk work licences are required for this position
n
Recent industry experience
n
A minimum of 2 years industry experience is required
n
A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs
n
Experience in delivering courses in a classroom setting and within industry (at client facilities)
n
This opportunity is available on a full time basis.



As part of your commitment as a Trainer / Assessor travel is required to regional, remote or interstate locations from time to time.
n
Travel to regional and remote locations is required on a monthly basis.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
Delivering high quality training and assessment services to our students and clients
n
Demonstrating your expert industry knowledge and experience to engage students
n
Using contemporary learning techniques and methodologies
n
Flexibility in the delivery and adapting resources to meet student and client needs
n
Undertake accurate assessment and record keeping, ensuring compliance remains consistent
n
Working collaboratively within a team of highly skilled professionals and stakeholders
n
