Senior Paid Media Specialist
n
Join one of Australia's fastest-growing high-performance activewear brands and play a key role in its next chapter of growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape paid media strategy, experiment with new channels, and work alongside a highly creative team to deliver campaigns that make an impact.
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Meta inside out and wants the freedom to test, optimise and scale campaigns that directly impact business growth.
n
You'll manage paid activity across Meta while identifying new channels to expand the media mix, working closely with creative and ecommerce teams to turn excellent content into strong commercial results.

What you'll do
n
n
Own the paid media strategy, developing and executing in line with commercial targets and brand objectives.
n
Build, upload,



QA and traffic campaigns directly, managing day-to-day pacing and optimisation hands-on.
n
Lead deep, expert-level management of Meta eg. campaign structure, bidding, audiences and budget allocation
n
Test audiences, creative and formats to improve performance.
n
Own performance reporting, monitor results, reporting on key metrics and making data-led decisions.
n
Partner closely with the creative and content teams to translate content pillars and customer personas into high-performing paid creative.
n
Champion a test-and-learn culture across creative, copy, audiences and placements.
n
n
You'll bring
n
n
5+ years' experience in paid media, with strong Meta expertise.
n
Experience managing large advertising budgets.
n
A proven ability to improve performance and scale campaigns.
n
Strong analytical skills and confidence turning insights into action.
n
A proactive, self-sufficient approach with a willingness to get stuck in.
