Uniting is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for headspace Early Psychosis across Mount Druitt, Penrith, and Parramatta. The role covers day-to-day operations, service delivery, and staff leadership with regular travel between sites.

You will work with the General Manager of Mental Health & Wellbeing to drive operational excellence, support youth-focused services, and foster a recovery-oriented culture.
