5+years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst , leading complex digital andintegration initiatives across enterprise programs.
n
Demonstrateddelivery
experience on large-scale OpenText ECM programs —including ContentSuite, xECM, InfoArchive , with solid capability in contentanalysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, andintegration patterns .
n
Strongexposure to Cloud and SaaS delivery models , including understandingof environment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-
functionalrequirements
(performance, security,



availability, compliance) .
n
Request/responsestructures
and validation
n
Errorhandling and exception scenarios
n
Datamapping across
upstream/downstream
systems
n
Performance,scalability,
versioning and integration best practices
n
Hands‐onproficiency with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI specs forexploring, validating, and testing APIs and integration endpoints.
