Planet Organic is a family-owned business established in ****. For over 28 years Planet Organic has been leading the way with high quality, environmentally sustainable organic food products. Due to our growing business, we are seeking a full-time process worker to join our team of hard workers that also enjoy having fun.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 6:30am – 4pm.
n
About the Role
n
You will be a valuable member of our team working in a fast-paced production and packaging environment where your main task will involve the day-to-day operation of semi-automatic food packing equipment and packing of products to containers and cartons. The work also involves maintaining a clean work environment, including the work space and production equipment on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following;

Have the ability to work both in a team and individually
n
Enjoy doing repetitive work daily
n




Have a good eye for detail and a high level of quality control skills
n
Reliable form of transport
n
Be physically fit with occasional heavy lifting required
n
Honest, reliable and punctual
n
Good work ethic
n
Be able to work standing up for the allocated shift
n
Ability to maintain good work rate in this job is essential
n

No experience is required as onsite training will be provided. However experience in a similar role as a process worker or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
