Position Summary:
n
n
Lead all elements of the bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations
n
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
n
Responsible for managing one bar outlet, and assisting with the Lobby Lounge Bar, ensuring your team are providing service excellence with each customer experience
n
Ensure the bar is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
n
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
n
Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department's Ladies and Gentlemen
n
Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
n
Plan, develop and conduct training to ensure the team maintains a clean bar area
n
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Bar department
n




Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the the hotel's core values.

Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
