The Role
n
We are looking for a reliable, organised and professional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will support the Procurement Officer with receiving and checking deliveries, assist with ordering and processing food & beverage and general stores items.
n
This is a part‐time role offering 20 hours per week with availability required Tuesdays‐Saturdays between 8am starts to 12pm finishes.
n
The key tasks include:
n

Ensure all stock received is stored correctly.
n
Ensure all stock is checked against invoices.
n
Record all invoices.
n
Perform monthly stock takes.
n
Support all outlets by promptly filling all requisitions.
n
Assist with maintaining all cellar equipment.
n
Ensure all storage areas are neat, tidy and secure at all times.
n




High levels of manual handling.
n
n
What does the Club need from me?
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in inventory and stock management.
n
Experience in cellar/postmix operations duties (including working with beer lines).
n
Ability to lift, push and pull items weighing up to 10 kilograms.
n
Good communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
n
Ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines.
n
Food and beverage exposure.
n
