Pacific Garage is looking for an experienced and reliable part-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Ballina.

This is a dedicated bookkeeping and finance role, suited to someone who is organised, accurate, confident working independently, and experienced across payroll, superannuation, reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
n
This role is not a front counter, service advisor, or workshop admin position. It is focused on keeping the financial side of the business accurate, organised and up to date.
n

Versatile 2 day per week role (approximately 16 hours)
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth financial operation of the business.
n
Key duties include:
n

Processing payroll accurately and on time
n
Managing superannuation,



PAYG, leave entitlements and payroll records
n
Bank, credit card, loan account and general account reconciliations
n
Accounts payable, including supplier payments and creditor records
n
Accounts receivable, including debtor follow-up and monthly statements
n
Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
n
Filing financial documents and keeping records organised
n
Assisting with BAS preparation
n
Liaising with our accountant when required
n
Supporting reporting and general financial administration
n
n
