What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Site Manager, you'll take ownership of site operations, safety, and delivery. You'll manage fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $15M, ensuring they're completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones
n
Managing daily site operations and scheduling trades
n
Conducting toolbox talks and site meetings




n
Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards
n
Performing QA checks and managing defect rectification
n
Using HammerTech for reporting and site documentation
n
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager (non-residential)
n
Willingness to work in remote regional locations for extended periods
n
Solid communication and leadership skills
n
Experience with roofing or working at heights (preferred)
n
White Card (Construction General Induction)
n
Familiarity with HammerTech or similar safety software
n
Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)
n
A passion for quality construction and a strong safety mindset
n

Police clearance required for all site-based roles
