Lead a team of Small Business Bankers across a local region, coaching them to deliver strong customer advocacy, lending growth and sustainable business outcomes

Play a visible leadership role in the Small Business market, representing NAB in local communities and strengthening relationships with customers and stakeholders

Build a high-engagement team culture where bankers are supported to grow, perform and deliver for customers across business and home lending portfolios

In the role of Region Manager, you will work closely with our Small Business team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You'll make an impact each day by:

Lead, coach and mentor a team of Small Business Bankers both locally and remotely
n
Drive growth across regional lending and deposit portfolios, supporting bankers to acquire new business while maintaining strong existing customer relationships
n
Create an operating rhythm that supports performance, accountability and consistent execution across the team
n
Build strong internal and external relationships across NAB, brokers, customers and key stakeholder groups
n




Champion a strong risk and compliance culture, ensuring safe and sustainable business growth
n
You'll bring to this role:
n
Proven experience in banking or finance, with commercial lending experience essential
n
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to drive performance across lending, deposits and customer outcomes
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing customer-facing teams
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
Experience leading customer-facing teams across a geography is highly regarded, along with home lending experience
n
