Our team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a driven, results-focused Internal Sales Representatives and Call Centre professionals to join our high-performing Internal Sales Team at our Wingfield branch.

Starting as an Internal Sales Representative, you will receive ongoing training and development to hone your skills and progress to external - customer facing sales roles, playing a key role in driving growth across the Access Express brand.
Your day will include:
Researching and identifying upcoming projects and potential clients
Generating new business through inbound leads and proactive outbound calls (warm and cold)
Preparing customer quotes and providing accurate technical product information
Organising and distributing marketing packs to increase brand awareness across SA
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Working closely with Sales and Operations teams to exceed performance targets
This role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm from our Wingfield branch

About You
Experience working as a Telemarketer or Call Centre Operator (desired but not essential)
Exposure to outbound calling or inside sales will be highly regarded.
The ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment
A natural talent for identifying and creating new business opportunities
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and qualified presentation
The ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic and competitive team environment
A positive, energetic, and team-first attitude
Resilience, with the ability to bounce back when the days don't always go to plan
A willingness to learn, be coached, and develop ed
