About the role
n
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Café Manager with a can-do attitude, who thrives under pressure and has fantastic customer service skills to join our growing team in Croydon.
n
Responsibilities
n
Overseeing and Supervising day-to-day operations and managing rostering
n
Maintaining staff levels by recruiting
n
Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products and service
n
Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
n
Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
n




Conduct performance appraisals according to the Jolly Miller People Calendar
n
The ideal candidate will have
n
2 years min experience in a supervisory or managerial role
n
Experience managing day-to-day rostering, allocation, ordering and financials.
n
Strong leadership experience in development, supporting and motivating staff.
n
Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
n
Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling are essential.
n
Great personality and personal presentation
n
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
