You'll provide direct clinical care while shaping service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement aligned with the Australian Clinical Guidelines for Early Psychosis.
Your responsibilities will include.




Providing expert clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary early psychosis teamDelivering advanced, evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventionsPartnering with consumers, families and carers in youth-friendly, recovery-oriented careSupervising, mentoring and supporting clinicians to build capability and confidenceStrengthening service integration with schools, NGOs, primary care and community partnersDriving clinical quality, safety, outcome measurement and continuous improvement Your contribution as a healthcare qualified will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.
