I'm currently recruiting for a growing occupational rehabilitation provider that is looking for an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who is interested in developing the business development and commercial side of their career.

This is a great opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with relationship building, networking and business development, while continuing to manage a diverse caseload of complex rehabilitation clients.

The Opportunity
n
The role will involve:
n
n
Managing complex rehabilitation and recovery-at-work cases
n
Developing individualised rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
n
Working closely with employers, insurers, medical specialists and treating providers
n
Managing multiple stakeholders and providing high-level case management
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
n
Networking within the industry and representing the organisation externally
n
Building your own caseload around your clinical interests and strengths
n
n
This roles focuses on using your existing industry knowledge, relationships and clinical credibility to identify opportunities and build genuine, long-term partnerships.
n
About You
n




I'm keen to speak with Senior Rehabilitation Consultants who have:
n
n
3+ years' Occupational Rehabilitation experience
n
A background in OT, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology or Psychology
n
Experience managing complex rehabilitation cases
n
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities
n
An interest in business development and commercial growth
n
Confidence engaging with employers, insurers and other senior stakeholders
n
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
n
n
