No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
n
Perform general hatchery duties as required.
n
Complete required paperwork and follow company procedures.
n
Wear required PPE and complete all necessary training.
n
Participate in weekly toolbox talks focused on maintaining a safe workplace and minimising injuries.
n
Follow WHS, biosecurity, animal welfare and RSPCA requirements.
n
Assist other areas as required and complete duties assigned by Management.
n

About You
n
n




Current C Class Driver's Licence and access own vehicle.
n
Available to work at 4:30 PM on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
n
Physically fit and capable of performing manual and heavy-duty tasks.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Good communication and time management skills.
n
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Reliable and dependable.
n
