The Opportunity

Manage an established $1m+ portfolio of fees.

Work directly with SME, family group and high-net-worth clients.
n
Lead and develop an established Business Services team.
n
Focus on high-level tax, structuring and business advisory.
n
Take ownership of client relationships, portfolio performance and growth.
n
Work closely with the Partners on strategy and business development.
n
Genuine and defined pathway to equity.

About You
n
You will be CA/CPA qualified with significant Australian Public Practice experience and a strong background across Business Services, Tax and Advisory.
n
You will already be operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Director level, with experience managing a substantial portfolio and team, and be looking for an opportunity where equity is a realistic next step rather than an open-ended promise.
