Located in the heart of Victorias High Country is Lancemore Milawa, a tranquil country house hotel brimming with elegance and style the perfect base to experience a rich bounty of world class food and wine, Australian history and breathtaking landscapes.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager - Food & Beverage who is a passionate, hands-on, guests focused and results driven leader with robust Food and Beverage management experience to manage the Food and Beverage Department.
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 3-year previous experience as a leader in a similar environment.
n
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction with enthusiasm.
n
Capable leader with sound knowledge and understanding on how to deliver successful F&B; related coaching and training.
n
Confident in all areas of restaurant and banquet service
n
Complete confidence and understanding of labour, rostering and beverage control KPI's.
n
Be able to work autonomously, our team is close knit but we want you to lead, not follow.
n
Excellent time management and communication skills, confidence counts.
n




RSA compliance and understanding to effectively manage and monitor responsible serving.
n
Familiar with Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel & Outlook
n
Experience in managing weddings and events is essential
n
Capable of working with the chefs to creating upsells and special experiences for our guests
n
Able to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
n
Experience in Rooms Division or Operations is highly regarded
