Job Description
Orro is seeking an experienced Level 2 Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to manage a large enterprise voice estate. The role covers Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance, CUCM, Unity Connection and related voice infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal caller experience.

You will collaborate with the Networks team, customers and carriers on complex voice issues, migrations, and on-call incident resolution as part of a hybrid, Sydney-based team.
