Guma Warnii Resources is working with our client to fill a Kalgoorlie based Coordinator, District Work Planning role. Short term contract through to January ****, local, no FIFO, home every night.
n
About the role: Good planning gives people direction and helps them cope with change. In this role your work helps shape a safer environment for everyone across the district. It is a genuine step into a lead position, blending office work with field time, and building real relationships with operations teams, support services and contractors.
n

What the role will involve:

Plan safe work for medium and high risk operations and maintenance tasks
n
Build Safe Work Packs with on site validation and safety observations
n
Review and improve maintenance plans through feedback and data
n
Support contractor management, minor projects and permit approvals
n
Meet with teams to understand worksites and high risk activities
n

What you will bring:

Full Australian work rights, essential
n
Experience in field work scheduling, planning or management
n
Confident with Maximo, SAP and Microsoft Excel
n
Full driver licence and availability for 7:00am debriefs
n
Understanding of water assets is highly regarded
n
n
This is a contract role through to January ****.
