Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant

As part of our growing digital business, you'll also support a portfolio of leading footwear brands, working across multiple ecommerce websites and online marketplaces.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the online product flow plan, ensuring new products are photographed, uploaded and launched on time across all websites and marketplaces.
n
Coordinate ecommerce product photography, samples and creative briefs with internal teams.
n
Support promotional activity across all online channels, including website updates, merchandising changes and campaign execution.
n
Conduct daily website checks to ensure product information, pricing,



imagery and promotions are accurate.
n
Write engaging product copy and assist in maintaining an optimised online catalogue to support conversion.
n
Monitor competitor online activity and report insights on pricing, promotions and digital trends.
n
Identify and escalate technical issues across ecommerce platforms in a timely manner.
n
Work with internal teams to support stock availability, replenishment and timely deliveries.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, online merchandising or a similar role.
n
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
n
Strong written communication skills with experience writing product or marketing copy.
n
Commercial awareness and interest in ecommerce trends and customer behaviour.
n
Positive attitude, team player mentality and willingness to learn
