We are currently seeking an experienced Building Inspector to join our team.
n
About the Role:
n
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting frame and final inspections across residential construction projects throughout South East Queensland.
n
This role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail and the ability to manage an inspection schedule efficiently.
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n




Extensive experience within the building and construction industry
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to work independently and manage inspections efficiently
n
Confidence reviewing building plans electronically using a tablet
n
Competency preparing explicit and accurate inspection reports
n
A location within Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast or surrounding areas
n
