The Role:
n
n
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, with the support of a Junior Property Manager
n
Conduct Outgoing inspections - NO routine or ingoing inspections!
n
Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
n
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the properties
n
Manage rent reviews and increases
n
Work closely with the leasing team and junior team members
n
NCAT prep and attendance when required
n
n
The Person:
n
n
Proven experience in property management
n
Solid understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation.
n
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail.
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
n
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (NSW), along with a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle, are essential
