In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors to deliver high-quality business analysis outcomes within a fast-paced workplace. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based on-site in Darwin, NT and will require relocation.

What You'll Do
n

Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
n
Analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements.
n
Map current and future-state business processes, workflows and requirements.
n
Identify gaps and opportunities between business needs and system functionality.
n
Support solution design, system integration, testing and implementation activities.
n
Develop clear and accurate business analysis and project documentation.
n
Facilitate walkthroughs and stakeholder validation sessions.
n
Work closely with project teams and vendors to support successful delivery.
n
Manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
6+ years' experienceas a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
n
Strong experience across requirements gathering,



process analysis, process mapping and information analysis.
n
Proven experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
n
Experience with software integration, testing and implementation.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
n
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
Experience working in complex environments with high-priority deliverables.
n
BPMN 2.0or similar process modelling experience is highly regarded.
n
Government and/or financial systems experience will be advantageous.
n
A collaborative, professional and accountable approach.
n
National Police Clearancerequired.
n
Based in, or willing to relocate/travel to,Darwin, NT.
