We're hiring a Business Analyst to join a business in the furniture and design space, based in Melbourne's north-west. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Generative AI is adopted across a large operational business, with a robust focus on practical outcomes, business value, and real-world adoption rather than experimentation for the sake of it.

About the Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll identify opportunities where GenAI can improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and support smarter decision making across sales, operations, design, and support teams.
n
This is a highly stakeholder-facing role suited to someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology — translating operational challenges into clear problem statements, guiding adoption, and helping teams confidently integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying high-value opportunities for GenAI across business operations
n
Running discovery workshops to uncover pain points and process inefficiencies
n
Translating business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams
n
Driving organisational change and supporting adoption of new AI-enabled workflows
n




Delivering training and capability uplift across the business
n
Partnering with leadership to prioritise initiatives and maintain a GenAI roadmap
n
Defining success metrics and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable commercial outcomes
n
Acting as the key liaison between operational stakeholders and internal technical teams
n

We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product ownership, or process improvement
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability
n
Interest or exposure to Generative AI, automation, conversational AI, or digital innovation
n
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, practical way
n
Experience working across operational, sales, pricing, manufacturing, construction, or design-led environments
n
Commercially minded approach with a focus on tangible business outcomes
n
Confident facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving adoption initiatives
n
n
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving operational problems, influencing stakeholders, and helping businesses embrace emerging technology in a practical and commercially grounded way.
