Bridal Jewellery Consultant (Casual) — Paddington, NSW

We've looking for warm, motivated and detail-oriented Bridal Jewellery Consultants to join our team on a casual basis.
n
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating unforgettable moments for couples as they embark on the journey of discovering their dream rings.
n
You'll be responsible for conducting intimate by-appointment-only consultations where clients can explore our collection, understand our process and begin the journey to co-creating their forever rings.
n
We're looking for motivated individuals with previous retail experience who can help uphold the personal in-store experience that defines our brand.
n
About the Role
n
This is a casual, in-showroom role based in Paddington, NSW. Hours typically range between 10 to 15 hours per week, with availability on Fridays and Saturdays essential.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver a warm, professional and personalised experience during each consultation
n
Provide thoughtful support to clients throughout their ring journey
n
Work towards sales conversions while supporting follow-up communication
n
Maintain showroom presentation and assist with visual merchandising
n
Support the management team with daily operations and appointment coordination
n
Respond to client enquiries in person,



by phone and via email with care and attention to detail
n

About You
n
n
Previous retail or sales experience (luxury or jewellery experience advantageous but not essential)
n
A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
n
Confident working both independently and within a small team
n
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
n
Calm, composed and professional under pressure
n
Passionate about creating meaningful client experiences
n
A genuine interest in bridal jewellery, design and craftsmanship
n
