WHO YOU ARE
n
This Darwin-based role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the DCOH Head Office while providing administrative, front desk and office coordination support across the business. Based on the Office Admin Position Description.
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n

Previous experience in an administrative, office support or receptionist role within a fast-paced environment
n
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
n
Professional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with visitors, clients and internal stakeholders
n
Experience managing phone enquiries, emails and general office correspondence
n
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and respond effectively to changing business needs
n
Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and professional approach
n
Competency using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
n
High levels of accuracy when handling documentation, filing and financial receipting tasks
n
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
n

WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
n
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
n
Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments and personnel
n
Monitor and manage shared email accounts, ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly
n
Receive, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
n
Maintain office facilities to ensure a safe, organised and productive workplace environment
n
Coordinate office supplies, stationery and amenities to support business operations
n
Arrange refreshments and catering requirements for meetings and events as required
n
Maintain office and property key registers and support security protocols
n
Coordinate maintenance requests and engage contractors to complete approved works
n
Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders across the business
n
Assist with tenancy application processing and administration requirements for property operations
n
Support daily banking activities and the receipting of payments and rents where required
n
Maintain accurate filing, archiving and document management systems
n
Assist with data entry, reporting and general administrative tasks to support operational
n
