We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy and friendly General Practice in a part-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice.

The successful applicant will also undertake 2IC responsibilities, providing support to the Practice Manager and assisting with the coordination, leadership, and ongoing improvement of reception operations.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Previous experience working as a medical receptionist in General Practice (essential).
n
Experience using Best Practice and/or Medical Director clinical software (essential).
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, clinicians, and colleagues.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
n
A calm, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
n




Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy.
n
A strong commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism.
