Shack Powdercoating is a locally owned and trusted business in Geelong, specialising in high-quality powder coating finishes. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results for our customers.

What you'll be doing:
n
Preparing metal products for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking).
n
Assisting with loading and unloading items from coating lines.
n
Supporting experienced powder coaters in daily production.
n
Packing and organising finished products for customers.
n
General workshop duties, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.
n
What we're looking for:

Robust work ethic and a positive attitude.
n
Ability to measure accurately
n
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
n
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
n
Reliability and a willingness to learn.
n




Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or factory work is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.
