Entry Level Marketing and Digital Co-ordinator

We're looking for a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join the HFH Auto Group marketing team, supporting Berwick Toyota, Cranbourne Toyota and Pakenham Toyota.
n
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who is finishing or has recently completed a marketing, communications, digital media or related degree, or someone with the right attitude who is looking to build a career in marketing.
n
You won't be sitting on the sidelines. You'll get genuine hands-on experience across digital campaigns, customer communications, websites, dealership marketing and events, working across three busy Toyota dealerships.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across our three Toyota dealerships.
n
Create and manage EDM and SMS customer campaigns.
n
Keep dealership websites current, accurate and engaging, including offers, banners and campaign content.
n
Coordinate photography, creative assets and other marketing material.
n
Support local dealership promotions, launches, community activity, sponsorships, charities and events.
n
Work closely with our social content team so campaigns and video content work together.
n
Localise Toyota national campaigns and assets for our individual dealerships and local markets.
n
Monitor campaign performance and help report on key marketing KPIs.
n
Support initiatives designed to grow customer engagement, website traffic, enquiries and dealership awareness.

About you
n
This role would ideally suit someone who is currently completing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing,



Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, and is looking for an opportunity to start their career in a hands-on marketing environment.
n
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
n
A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
n
Confident with digital platforms and keen to learn recent systems and tools.
n
Curious about digital marketing, customer engagement and campaign performance.
n
Comfortable working with people across different areas of the business.
n
Keen to learn, contribute and build a long-term career in marketing.
n
A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in your attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
