A day in the life...
n
You're a drivenSales Coordinatorplaying a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team inSydney by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels.
n
You'll work closely with the broader sales team andwillreport directly to a Sales Executive in Sydney. You'lljoin adynamic setting whereyou'llinteract with key clients and
stakeholders,supportingthe
smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.
n
Whatyou'lldo:
n
Processing and managing linear television and digital bookings.
n
Assistingin the preparation of linear television and digital proposals.
n
Delivery and management of multiple advertising campaigns.
n
Maintainingclient and revenue records.
n
Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
n
Providing administrative support to theSales team.
n
Whatyou'llbring:
n
You are an organised, detail-oriented,



and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment andwhois ready to growacareer in media.
n
You'llalso have:
n
Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketingetc).
n
A good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
n
Excellentinterpersonal
and
communicationskills.
n
Strongtime management skillsand the ability to meet deadlines.
n
A positive work ethic anda strong teamfocus.
n
A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
