iScape is expanding & in need of an experienced & focused IT Services Engineer. Will you be next to join our services team?

Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers
n
Assisting with HelpDesk support and Managed Services
n
Assisting clients with integration of current technologies
n
Working on major project implementations for our Technical Services team
n
Helping improve our clients' business through use of appropriate tech
n
Performing as a team player in our bustling environment
n
Requirements
n
Relevant tertiary or technical qualification (or working towards)
n
Ability to self-motivate & work autonomously
n
An analytical & detailed view of your work
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
Neat personal presentation
n
History with Office 365 administration
n
Weekly/fortnight rotation contract work onsite for corporate clients.
n




Must be in the Mackay region or able to relocate to Mackay.
n
Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience required
n
Australian citizenship required for this position
n
Attractive base salary & achievable profit share bonuses.
n
5 weeks annual leave with the option to cash out 1 week (i.e., 4 weeks leave + 1 week payout)
