About the role
n
As a Job Coach, you'll work alongside participants to help them overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve sustainable employment.
n
Every participant's journey is different, which means every day brings new challenges, opportunities and rewarding moments.
n
You'll:
n
n
Coach and motivate participants to achieve their employment goals.
n
Build strong relationships with local employers and community organisations.
n
Assist with resumes,



job applications and interview preparation.
n
Connect participants with training and support services.
n
Support participants after they've started work to help ensure long-term success.
n
Maintain accurate records while achieving meaningful performance outcomes.
n
n
We'd love to hear from you if you:

n
Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
n
Are a natural problem solver with a positive attitude.
n
Have experience in employment services, recruitment, customer service, sales, community services, disability support, education or case management.
n
Can build trust quickly and communicate confidently.
n
Hold a current Driver's Licence.
n
n
Most importantly, you'll genuinely care about helping people realise their potential.
